Paaye ka shorba recipe for

600 gms. Tomato plants
1 tablespoons of. Chopped ginger root
1 tablespoons of. Chopped garlic clove
1 tablespoons of. Whole garam masala
2 no. Bay leaf
1 tablespoons of. Chopped eco-friendly coriander
1 teaspoon. Cumin seeds
1 tablespoons of. Sugar (optional)
1 tablespoons of. Oil
2 no. Eco-friendly chili

Steps to make Tamatar Ka Shorba/Tomato Shorba:


  • Wash and cut tomato plants into quarters
  • Prepare tomato plants with chopped ginger root, garlic clove, eco-friendly chilies reduce two and Whole Garam Masala. Add 5 glasses of water and bay leaf. Provide a boil.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes on the slow flame until tomato plants are mashed completely.
  • Strain the mix having a soup strainer.
