Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg (minced)
  • Grain 3 cup
  • Bread Slices 2
  • Black Chick Peas 2 tablespoons of
  • Cumin Seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Poppy Seeds 1 tablespoons of
  • Eco-friendly Coriander 1 Bunch
  • Eco-friendly Chillies 8
  • Garlic clove 6
  • Onions 4 (chopped)
  • Turmeric Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Crushed Pepper 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon 3
  • Mint Leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Black Peppercorn 4
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Butter 2 tablespoons of
  • Fresh Milk 1/2 cup
  • Yellow Food Color a pinch
  • Salt to taste

How You Can Prepare:

1. First of all, wash and soak grain.

2. Now grind chick peas, poppy seeds, cumin seeds and black cumin seeds inside a grinder.

3. Now blend eco-friendly coriander, eco-friendly chilies and garlic clove cloves individually and add salt to taste making chutney.

4. Now take chicken, bread slices and grinned spices and chopped them nicely.

5. Remove it and then add salt in it and blend them nicely. Now have small meat balls of the mixture.

6. Now, heat oil inside a pan and fry onions until they switched golden brown. Go ahead and take fried onion on tissue paper to ensure they are dry and crispy.

7. Add turmeric powder, crushed pepper and eco-friendly chutney and prepare for sometime.

8. Add fresh lemon juice inside it and simmer for five minutes.

9. Add salt, mint leaves, black peppercorn, eco-friendly chilies inside a boil water and add grain to boil them.

10. Grease a wok and layer 1 / 2 of grain after which spread after which mixture. Put some onion over and canopy it along with other layer of grain.

11. Spread pinch of food color, fresh lemon juice and butter around the tops.

12. Finally, dist it and garnish with meat balls and fried onion.
