Appears like a good recipe in my experience. I'd in the IBU's a little whether it were me, but I am a hophed.

I are just searching over my brew log book and thinking the additional $$$ for liquid yeasts makes it worth while in my experience.

The main one brew Used to do make with SafAle 05 ws a dicaetyl explosive device since i messed up, however i am pretty much comitted to quality wet yeasts now.

Knowing I run about 70-75% I had been searching at scaling your grains lower, and scaling my hops up since I've got a pound of Amarillo within the freezer oxidating. I'll must see Target and grab a salad spinner to obtain the wort back in the my hops.

Appears like Number One (Chico) #8, #29 or #51 from White-colored. I moved from dry to check tube yeast from White-colored just cause I'm a pack rat and that i know I'll use my assortment of test tubes for something at some point.

I have tried personally a smackpack and loved the beer.

I am thinking like an upright Amarillo, an upright Simcoe along with a Amarillo/Simcoe IPA. Then to some alongside sampling. Unsure which for bittering within the 3rd batch.

You certainly don't need 2 packages of Nottingham for five gallons. Individuals will use 1 package for 10 gallons. Also, the fir lb of Honey Malt may well be a bit much. The stuff packs a punch.
