Sinigang recipe with sinigang mix

this recipe is alright with the exception that authentic sinigang doesn't have taters but taro roots, and you may include snake/string beans, kangkong (water green spinach), and eggplant. also, for any much simpler process, just dump all of the ingredients in to the pot aside from sinigang mix, that you simply add following the meat (or sea food) is cooked and tender. much effort and time saved by doing this sticking with the same result. you may also add eco-friendly chile for many heat!

It's my job to create a simpler version with only fresh veggies, cod, petise(fish sauce), tamarind and tomato plants. However this would be a great dish. more original too :D

This recipe is among the most popular dish, I do not sautee it. Rather I put altogether the meat(you could utilize shrimp, pork, beef or chicken)pepper, tomatoe and onion. Once the meat is tender, i then add some veggies (but no garlic clove and potato)i put okra, kangkong, eggplant, blueberry blossom (within the can) and taro root if meat however in sea food i do not place the taro root
