Sinigang sa sampalok hip on recipe panlasang pinoy
  • 1 kilo beef brisket or reduce cubes
  • 150 grams tamarind fruit (or 1 pack Sinigang sa Sampalok mix)

  • 1 large red onion, quartered

How you can prepare Sinigang na Baka sa Sampalok:

  1. Boil the tamarind inside a pot with water, about 3 cups, adjust if required. Prepare before the tamarind becomes tender.
  2. Take away the tamarind in the pot and transfer to some bowl then mash it having a fork before the juices arrives.
