Green spinach cooked with Indian cheese. Palak Paneer is a well-liked vegetarian delicacy made from green spinach and paneer (a non melting Indian cheese) cooked inside a saucy tomato and onion gravy with aromatic Indian spices.

Ingredients

  • → palak 5 Figures.
  • → onion 1 Figures.
  • → Eco-friendly Chili 2 Figures.
  • → red chilli powder .
  • → ginger root garlic clove paste 1 Tablespoons.
  • → tomato 3 Figures.
  • → salt .
  • → coriader powder 1 Tablespoons.
  • → cumin powder 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Dry garam masalas 2 Figures.
  • → cream fresh 1 Tablespoons.
  • → fenugrek leaves 1 Tablespoons.
  • → garlic clove 5 Figures.

Directions

  • Neat and wash green spinach and immerse in boiling water for just two min. Mash it inside a mixer or some choose to chop and employ.
  • Heat oil inside a deep pan. Add whole garam masala. Now add onions and fry till golden brown. Add turmeric and ginger root garlic clove paste. Add all spices and red chili powder.
  • Now add some green spinach (palak) and prepare till it ozzes out oil. Cut paneer into pieces. (some utilize it fried) for those who have fresh paneer just add.
  • Add Paneer pieces towards the gravy and simmer set for couple of min. (adding garlic clove slices is optional), some choose to grind eco-friendly chillies with green spinach.
  • Top with little cream ( optional).
