Artichoke hearts recipe frozen margaritas
Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons essential olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove clove, minced
  • 1 pound frozen artichoke hearts, thawed
  • two tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup Marsala wine
  • two tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
Directions

Preheat the oven to 450 levels F.

Warm the essential olive oil inside a heavy bottom skillet over medium-high temperature. Add some garlic clove and prepare for one minute. Add some artichoke hearts, parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes and prepare before the artichoke hearts are beginning to brown in the edges, about 3 minutes. Add some chicken broth and wine and simmer for several minutes. Transfer the artichoke mixture to some 2-quart baking dish .

Melt the butter within the same skillet accustomed to prepare the artichokes. In a tiny bowl mix the melted butter using the bread crumbs. Stir within the Parmesan and top the artichokes using the bread crumbs. Bake before the top is golden, about ten minutes.
