Are just browsing Amazon . com (I live abroad so can't just visit the bookshop) and am confused.
I want recipes which are good and varied but straightforward - as well as instructions which are not so difficult for any total novice/moron (me, in situation you're wondering - I'm not planning allow it to a person like a present!)
Also, one review stated not every slow-oven cookbooks give obvious instructions to any or all-day cooking, which is what I want, to ensure that's important.
