Panasa Tonalu Ingredients

Maida -2 cups
Sugar 1cup
Sodium bicarbonate -1 pinch
Oil
Ghee two tablespoons

Have a bowl and add 2 glasses of maida and a pair of tablespoons ghee and knead directly into dough ,allow it to ferment for 25 minutes.
Now make small balls of cherry size and press directly into small circles of puri size and with the aid of a knife decline in to vertical lines departing the edges,then roll in one corner towards the finish holding the ends of each side and press in the ends. Do this again using the remaining dough.

Convey a pan on flame and add oil for deep fry, fry all of the prepared panasa thonalu till it alterations in to light golden colour.
Now convey a pan and add 1cup of sugar and small half glass water and boil till it forms thick syrup, (to understand the syrup is completed, have a normal size bowl with water and add syrup, whether it forms solid inside it then thick syrup is completed, otherwise boil for couple of more minutes >
Now transfer the above mentioned fried panasa thonalu and blend well.
Panasa thonalu are prepared now,which remains fresh for 7 days.

Transfer panasa thonalu in installments within the syrup to prevent breakage.
