Paneer Chilli is really a broadly available and among the couple of common recipes that people usually find. Chef Ruchi Bharani shows you steps to make easy and simple to create quick Chilli Paneer recipe.

2 tablespoons of Cornflour
2 tablespoons of plain Flour
Salt
Water
Paneer
1 tablespoons of Oil
1 tablespoons of Garlic clove (chopped)
1 tablespoons of Ginger root (chopped)
4 Eco-friendly Chillies (mix cut)
1 Capsicum (mix cut)
2 tablespoons of Tomato Ketchup
1 tablespoons of Eco-friendly Chilli Sauce
2 tablespoons of Soya Sauce
Spring Onion Leaves (chopped)

Add cornflour, plain flour, salt, water and blend well to create a smooth flowing consistency batter

Dip the paneer within the batter, coat them well and deep fry them
Heat some oil inside a pan, add garlic clove, ginger root, eco-friendly chillies, capsicum into it and saute them and stir fry
Add tomato ketchup, eco-friendly chilli sauce, soya sauce towards the vegetables and blend them well
Add water and allow it to boil for around 2 mins
Add salt, fried paneer pieces into it and prepare it for an additional 2 mins
In the finish then add spring onions leaves and blend well.
