Ingredients

1 pound hamburger

1 cup water
1/2 cup minced onion
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic clove salt
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1 cup white-colored grain
1 (15-ounce) can refried beans
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
ten to twelve flour tortillas
TOPPING SUGGESTIONS
sour cream
guacamole
salsa
fresh sprigs cilantro
hot sauce
red or eco-friendly enchilada sauce

Directions:

1. Brown the floor beef inside a fry pan over medium heat, then drain body fat. Add some water, onion, chili powder, garlic clove salt, and cumin. Simmer, stirring from time to time, for around ten minutes or until the majority of the water has evaporated.
2. Prepare the grain based on package directions.
3. Place each tortilla on a bit of foil. Spoon 3 tablespoons the meat mixture on 1 / 2 of each tortilla. Top with 3 tablespoons refried beans, two tablespoons grain, and a pair of tablespoons cheese.
4. Fold the tortilla within the filling, roll-up, and seal with foil. Place on the rack of the 400°F oven and bake for half an hour. Carefully take away the foil and revel in hot!

Important tip
To warm up the burritos inside a microwave, take away the foil, wrap them individually in sponges, and prepare 1-to-1 1/2 minutes.
