Ingredients

Fine wheat flour 125 gm
Semolina 2 tablespoons of
Taters steamed 2
Chickpeas steamed 1 cup
Tamarind paste cup
Coriander leaves ground bunch
Mint leaves ground bunch
Carom seeds teaspoon
Yogurt 1 cup
Chaat masala 1 tablespoons of
Salt to taste
Oil for fry

Method

• Mix together 125 gm fine wheat flour, salt to taste, teaspoon carom seeds, 2 tablespoons of semolina and knead to medium consistency dough with water as needed.

• Make small balls using the dough, roll each ball into thin small tortilla.
• Then deep fry till crisp.
• Inside a bowl mix together 2 steamed chopped taters, 1 cup steamed chickpeas, cup tamarind paste, couple of ground coriander leaves, couple of ground mint leaves and 1 cup yogurt. Mix perfectly.
• Sprinkle 1 tablespoons of chaat masala and salt to taste. Lastly top with crushed papri.
