Sweet Corn Kernels - 1/2 cup(cooked)
Onion - 1 tablespoons of chopped finely
Tomato - 1/2 tablespoons of
Carrot - 1 tablespoons of grated
Red Chilli powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Chat Masala powder - an ample pinch
Plain Sev - when needed
Fresh Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves - to garnish
Chaat Chutneys - 1 teaspoon each(optional, I did not use)
Butter - 1 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Method:
- Pressure prepare corn for 4-5 whistles,take away the kernels in the cob and hang aside.Inside a teaspoon of butter toast corn for couple of mins before the edges begin to turn brown,Turn off.Get other ingredients ready.
- Inside a mixing bowl add everything and provide a fast mix.While serving garnish with sev and serve.
My Notes:
- You can include chaat chutneys.
- You may also add raw cucumber bits / mango bits to include more crunch and flavour.
- Roasting corn in butter provides a great texture and flavour so don't miss it.
- Serve soon after mixing everything.
