Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • two tablespoons all-purpose flour

  • 5 medium red taters, thinly sliced
  • 1 package (1 pound) hotdogs, halved lengthwise and reduce 1/2-inch slices

  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
