
We loved this. Added more garlic clove as recommended also it was perfect. Offered it with chicken, beef tenderloin, Mahi Mahi, crimini mushrooms, baby taters and broccoli. We ate to the hearts content coupled with to help keep adding water towards the pot when the extra broth vanished. We'd 5 big appetites. We'll have to double the amount recipe the next time.
