Ingredients:

Pastry dough ingredients:
3/4C water
6 tablespoons of unsalted butter
1 tablespoons of sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1C all-purpose flour
4 eggs
Egg wash: 1 egg along with a pinch of salt

Pastry cream ingredients:
2 tbsl corn starch
1C dairy (I made use of 2%)
1 egg
2 egg yolks

6 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Whipped cream ingredients:
1C heavy cream
3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Pastry dough:
Preheat oven to 425 levels. Prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Fit a pastry bag having a large round tip or intend to just snip from the finish, a sizable plastic bag could also be used.
