Prepare wealthy and spicy paya curry to see relatives and buddies about this weekend. Possess a party with this particular great paya recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 Beef paya
- 12 cups water
- 2 tablespoons of ginger root paste
- 2 tablespoons of garlic clove paste
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- Salt when needed
- 2 tablespoons of Coriander powder
- 1 tablespoons of Red chilies
- 1 tablespoons of Kashmiri chilies
- 1 large onion
- 1 teaspoon Zafarani all spice
- 1 teaspoon Aniseed powder
- cup curd, (optional)
Cooking Method
- For half an hour soak the beef paya and take away their head of hair with brush.
- Inside a big pan, add water and set paya inside it to boil. Paya should be full dip within the water.
- And set ginger root garlic clove paste, salt, turmeric, red chillies, Kashmiri chilli, and onion and coriander powder in water.
- Boil them together.
- Now give a needed quantity of yogurt or curd inside it and boil. [Tip: An excessive amount of curd will destroy its taste and appears.]
- When paya get boil then low the flame and prepare it.
- Add aniseed, zafrani whole spice in the finish.
- Now prepare it on low heat.
- Now hand out paya curry and serve hot with naan or kulcha.
