10 Cane may be the "World's Best Rum," produced from first press cane juice, never molasses. Named following the tradition of hands-harvesting and bundling sugar cane stalks in categories of ten, 10 Cane represents the relaxed atmosphere of Trinidad juxtaposed using the luxury and centuries-old expertise of Mo°t Hennessy.
Created under the sun-dappled, wind-taken island of Trinidad, 10 Cane is made of the very first pressing of virgin sugar cane, grown and hands-harvested within the island's wealthy, volcanic soil. The canes are lightly pressed to extract the purest, most flavorful juice. The very first-press cane juice will be gradually fermented for 5 days in a controlled low-temperature and double-distilled in small batches in French pot stills. Finally, it's aged in oak barrels for that perfect period of time, developing a smooth, light, and scrumptious rum. 10 Cane elevates any cocktail. Mojitos, martinis, frozen drinks, or with cola or grapefruit juice. It is going with everything°or nothing. You may also drink it neat or around the rocks.
