I chose to make this using Peanut Question PB (100 cals, 2.5 g fat per 2 tablespoons of - world wide web.peanutwonder.com or buy at Trader Joe's) instead of tahini. I additionally used a 19 oz can, however that made no difference. It arrived on the scene more lemony and fewer garlicky than *I* personally prefer. I love my dips after some more spice, and so i added a couple of dashes paprika/cayenne. Overall, the household enjoyed the dip with my recipe for pita chips with carrots. Excellent low-fat alternative. I added more lemon and garlic clove but nonetheless felt it needed a little more spice. So like another suggestion, I added paprika, ocean salt and a few red pepper cayenne which have been effective. I'll most certainly get this to again!

I made use of the peanut butter alternative and could not believe just how and simple it was!I believe I added a little more lemon to match my taste.
