
Ingredients
- → Salt To Taste.
- → Lemon 1 Figures.
- → Garlic clove 8-10 Clove.
- → Eco-friendly chillies 4-5 Figures.
- → Onion(Sliced) 2 Figures.
- → Peas 1 Cup.
- → Basmati Grain or Normal grain 2 Cup.
- → Oil 2 1/2 Teaspoons.
- → Curry Leaves 10-12 Figures.
- → Cumin Seeds 1/two tablespoons.
- → Mustard seeds 1/two tablespoons.
Directions
1)Wash Grain amp soak it for 15 mins. 2)Inside a pan heat oil,add Mustard Seeds amp Cumin seeds,allow them to splutter.Add Curry leaves,Eco-friendly Chillies, garlic clove and Sliced onions fry for any min,add peas and fry for min.Switch Off Heat. 3)Add some above prepared mixture to Soked grain and blend.Adding salt into it ,mix and prepare. 4)When grain is ready Add fresh lemon juice and blend.Include salt if needed. Serve it hot with any garvy.It's my job to serve it with Mutter Panner. (Note:-You can include 2 teaspoon of turmeric towards the mixture,rid of it make grain yellow color.The above mentioned grain is going to be white-colored in colour.I prepare for both).
