Ingredients
  • Churros Dough:
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter
  • Pinch kosher salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups peanut or veggie oil, for frying
  • Chocolate Sauce:
  • 9 ounces Mexican chocolate
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • two tablespoons light corn syrup
  • Cinnamon Sugar:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch salt
Directions

For that dough: In a tiny saucepan, combine the milk, butter and salt and produce to some medium heat. Once the butter has melted, add some flour and whisk to mix. Transition to some wooden spoon and prepare the dough until it pulls from the sides from the pan and contains a rather sweaty sheen onto it, three or four minutes.
