PROCEDURE:
1. Place pata inside a casserole, add water, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, grain wine, brown sugar, pepper corns and produce to some boil.
2. Add some star anise and sesame oil. Simmer to have an hour, or until pork is tender.
3. Mix constarch in ¼ cup cold water, and increase the pot. still allow it to simmer until sauce thickens.
4. Blanch the bok choy in boiling water seasoned with salt.
5. For everyone, remove the pata and put them in the center of an amount dish, place by blanched bok choy around and pour the sauce within the pata and vegetables.
