-8 Pernas de Frango -8 Chicken Legs
-3 colheres de sopa de Azeite -3 teaspoon Essential Olive Oil
-1 Colher de sopa de Pimento Doce -1 teaspoon Sweet chili
-1 Colher sopa de Sal -1 teaspoon Salt
-1 Colher de caf Alho picado -1 Coffee spoon of chopped garlic clove
-Sumo de 1 Limo -Juice of just one Lemon
-1 Copo de Vinho Branco -1 cup of White-colored Wine
-2 Chvenas de arroz Carolino -2 Glasses of lengthy-grain Grain
-4 Chvenas de gua -2 Glasses of Water
-1 colher de sopa de Azeite -1 teaspoon Essential Olive Oil
-2 Dentes de Alho esmagados -2 Cloves of garlic clove crushed
-1 pitada de Sal -1 pinch of Salt
PREPARAO
-Juntar o azeite, o pimento doce, o sal o alho e o sumo de limo numa tigela e mexer
-Quando estiver a ferver, passados 10 ou peut-rrtre un 15 minutos, adicionar o vinho branco e virar as pernas at alourarem
-Fazer o arroz, aquecendo o azeite com o alho, e quando comear a ferver, fritar o arroz, envolvendo-o no azeite
-Adicionar a gua, de preferncia a ferver, e temperar com o sal
-Deixar cozinhar durante cerca de 10 minutos e servir com as pernas de frango assadas.
PREPARATION
-Add essential olive oil, sweet chili, salt, garlic clove and fresh lemon juice inside a bowl and stir
-Dip the chicken legs within the mixture and put on the platter to get in the oven at 180 for 25 minutes
-When boiling, after ten or fifteen minutes, add some white-colored wine and switch the legs until golden
-Make grain, heating the essential olive oil using the garlic clove, so when it begins to boil, fry grain, wrapping it in essential olive oil
-Add some water, preferably boiling, and seasoning with salt
-Allow it to prepare for around ten minutes and serve with roasted chicken legs.
