One evening i had been longing for adai dosa. For individuals who isn't acquainted with adai dosa, it's a mixed lentil crepes, the lentils are drenched for handful of hrs then ground to some batter. Only then do we add onions, coriander, curry leaves, chillies inside them making a crepe like factor. It's so tasty and and it also is wealthy in protein too, excellent for children.

Cooking. one to two min per dosa
Serves: 4

Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Grain Flour - 1 cup
Besan / Gram Flour / Kadalai Mavu - 1/2 cup
Asafoetida / Hing / Kaya Podi - 1/4 teaspoon
Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
Spring Onions or Onion - 1 cup chopped
Salt to taste
Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1 teaspoon
Water - 3 cups or even more
Oil to make dosa

Optional Ingredients:
Ginger root - 1 tblspn chopped finely
Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
Coriander leaves a little handful finely chopped
Eco-friendly Chilli - 1 chopped finely

Method:

Take all of the ingredients except oil inside a bowl making a smooth batter.

Heat a tawa. spread some batter making a dosa. Drizzle oil round the sides. Prepare for couple of seconds up until the bottom crisp up.

Switch over and prepare for couple of sec,

Serve with chutney
