nonstick cooking spray
4 cups unbleached, all-purpose flour
cup granulated sugar
two tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon table salt
3 cups lowfat buttermilk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla flavoring
cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
4 large eggs, gently beaten

Gently coat a Cuisinart Belgian Waffle Maker with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat to preferred setting.
Inside a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Combine the buttermilk, vanilla, butter and eggs within the Cuisinart mixing bowl. While using Chef’s Whisk, mix on speed 2 for around thirty seconds, after which finish on speed 3 for the next thirty seconds, or until completely homogeneous. Using the motor running on speed 1, gradually add some dry ingredients mix until just combined.

Pour two glasses of batter to the prepared, preheated waffle maker. Rapidly and thoroughly spread the batter evenly. Close the coverage and prepare until tone sounds.
Serve immediately.
