4 hour body breakfast smoothie recipe

    • 8 oz of cold water or favorite milk
  • Peanut Butter Jelly time Power Shake
    • 1 blueberry
    • 2 tablespoons of of natural peanut butter
    • 2 scoops of IsoPure Vanilla protein powder
    • 1 scoop of *IsoPure Aminos Cranberry Grape flavor
    • number of fresh particularly
    • 10 oz of cold water or almond milk
    • crushed ice

I have to admit, the Peanut Butter Jelly time shake came because of me missing my in history favorite sandwich—I had to generate a method to go satisfying enough and occasional carb—I hit a house run with this one!

I made the avocado mint tonight&...however it wasn’t good! The issue I believe was the type of milk. I bet it might be fantastic having a vanilla almond milk. I additionally didn’t have nut butter, and i believe that will help too.

Main point here: if avocados aren’t &"sweet&" for you, don’t JUST depend around the avocado and mint. It requires supplementation!
