Jack n coke recipe brisket

Preheat oven to 250 levels F. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high temperature. While heating oil, season brisket liberally with salt, pepper and granulated garlic clove.
Brown brisket in skillet about four to five minutes per side: transfer to large covered casserole or Nederlander oven.

Deglaze skillet with beef broth, scraping bottom of pan. Add onion, red pepper flakes and liquid smoke. When onion is translucent, add 1/2 cup Coca Cola. Pour mixture over meat: sprinkle with 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar.

Braise brisket five to six hrs, basting every 1/2 hour. When failing, remove meat: put aside to awesome slightly and add remaining 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar, tomato puree, 1 can Coca Cola, onion powder, hot pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce to Nederlander oven. Increase heat to 400 levels F and prepare, uncovered, half an hour. When awesome enough, slice meat into 1/2 inch slices. Return brisket to Nederlander oven and baste with sacue. Lower heat to 250 levels F, and prepare half an hour more. Function as is or on rolls.
