Roasted fennel is my absolutely most favourite factor. All I actually do is toss w/ essential olive oil and salt and roast at 400 until caramelized and soft. It doesn’t usually allow it to be in the pan to my plate!

Like most of the commenters, I'd never prepared fennel before this. I didn’t have balsamic vinegar, and so i used some Italian salad dressing combined with the EVOO brushed it up with a little sugar. I roasted it for 40 minutes&... Adding some Italian bread crumbs Mozzarella dairy product within the last fifteen minutes. The decision? It had been great! Just insight!
