Wash all of the dals for just two-3 occasions in water and soak them together for 15-twenty minutes in water. You should use the only person kind of dal or a combination of 2-3 kinds of dal based on the availability. Drain excess water from dals and pressure-prepare all of them with 1-cups water and salt for several-whistles inside a 3-5 liter capacity pressure oven over medium flame.
Switch off flame and let pressure subside to natural level, it will require around 7-8 minutes. Open the lid and mash the dal lightly using the backside of the spoon.
Clean the green spinach and work. Wash the chopped palak. Add 1 cups palak within the small jar of the mixer grinder and grind into smooth puree. Whether it’s not receiving pureed correctly after multiple pulses, add 2-tablespoons water and check out again.
Heat oil and ghee together inside a pan over medium flame (ghee can be used for any nice aromatic flavor). Add cumin seeds and asafoetida. When seed turn light brown, add chopped onion and saut until it turns light brown. Add ginger root-garlic clove paste, chopped eco-friendly chilli and saut for 30-40 seconds.
Add pureed palak (prepared in step-3), remaining 1/2 cup chopped palak and salt to taste.
Stir and prepare for 4-a few minutes.

The recipe sounds interesting but using oil, ghee and dhal are by no means healthy. They're very fattening and in cholesterol. For this reason even Vegetarians have high cholesterol levels, diabetics, high BP and weight problems.
And if the eco-friendly hue of green spinach beeps its diet qualities happen to be destroyed. I'd recommend the puree and green spinach put last to keep the new healthy colour and diet of green spinach. Same time use under a teaspoon of oil to prepare this and steer clear of all animal items like ghee and butter.
I shall modify this recipe according to my suggestions and avoid using oil completely. I've been oil free for any month and never used any animal products within my cooking for 8 years.
