Taters 8 medium
Garlic clove chopped 10-12 cloves

Roasted chana dal (dalia) 4 tablespoons
Method
Step One
Peel taters. Having a sharp knife or peeler scoop the flesh from the middle of one for reds to create a hollow. Cut the trimmings finely.
