OMG. I chose to make this yesterday together with chili for any last second dinner night, Everybody RAVED and many playing the recipe. I am unable to believe the amount of i ate! I observe that the final reviewer did not understand that it's much more of a casserole than the usual thick cornbread, so I wish to make certain that individuals realize that it should be just like a spoonbread texture. I really understood this ahead of time and that i looked the net with this recipe because of this. It's a side dish & is supposed to be eaten having a fork or spoon - again, corn CASSEROLE not cornBREAD. Thank you for posting, I'm glad this really is on here so I must search no more after i require it again & again. Honestly, no one from 12 didn't LOVE this dish.

I've chose to make this several occasions but I've perfected my lower fat version! With such subs, it's only 250 calories per serving but still Excellent. I personally don't like dieting which means this isn't from a fitness fanatic :) stick to the recipe except use 1/3 cup light sour cream and a pair ofOr3 cup plain nonfat yogurt. Use 1/4 cup melted butter. Carrying this out saves 110 calories/serving!

It was a pleasant and various side dish. I added in regards to a half cup of onions & half a can of eco-friendly chilies. It had been still fairly gooey inside after an hour at 350 and so i ongoing baking. The gooeyness never really disappeared so I am presuming which was the way it was said to be. Although following the comments concerning the casserole maintaining it's shape I am thinking something went wrong with mine because that didn't happen - it had been a lot more like a pudding inside despite baking to have an addition half an hour. Regardless it had been good! Thank you for that one!!
