Urad Dal Laddu also referred to as sunni undalu is an extremely popular recipe of South India. Sunnundalu or Urad dal ladoo is an extremely popular and healthy sweet prepared during Diwali festival, Normally our grandmother's accustomed to prepare these ladoos and store them in airtight boxes and get us to consume daily one because it has a great deal of diet and health advantages.

Ingredients

  • → Dry fruits 1/2 Cup.
  • → cardomom 2 Figures.
  • → Ghee .
  • → Sugar 11/2 Cup.
  • → Urral dal 2 Cup.
  • → Grain 1 Teaspoons.

Directions

  1. Have a pan Dry roast Urad dal till golden brown colour, adding grain and roast for 3min and merge a blender create a fine powder.Blend Sugar and a side.Now have a pan add little oil fry dry fruits and switch from the flame, adding ural dal powder mix well add sugar mix well.
  2. To create ladoos add enough Ghee mix well making ladoo.
