    Chicken Tikka Biryani

    • 1 kilo Chicken
    • 1 tablespoon Red chili, ground
    • 4 tablespoons Vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon Hot spice powder
    • 1 teaspoon Ginger root paste
    • 1 teaspoon Garlic clove paste
    • 2 teaspoons Salt
    • 1/4 cup Oil
    • 1 teaspoon Pepper
    • 1/4 teaspoon Orange food color
    • kilo gram White-colored Grain, steamed
    • 1 tablespoon All spices, whole
    • 1 cup Oil
    • teaspoon Turmeric powder
    • 1 cup Yogurt
    • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
    • teaspoon Coriander powder
    • 2 medium size Onions, chopped
    • 2 Tomato plants, chopped
    • 15 Mint leaves
    • two tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
    • 4 Eco-friendly chilies, chopped
    1. First, marinate chicken with vinegar, red chili pepper, salt, hot spice powder, ginger root garlic clove paste, orange food color, with pepper for thirty to forty minutes.
    2. Heat oil inside a fry pan on medium heat for just two-3 minutes, now prepare the chicken until it might be shallow and tender.
    3. Now stems the chicken with coal and canopy it all sides.
    4. Inside a separate fry pan heat oil and add onion inside it and prepare it until they become light brown.
    5. Now add chopped tomato plants, red chili, salt, turmeric powder, coriander and prepare rid of it.
