Sambar recipe in telugu vah chef vada

Sambar produced in tiffin center style. This dish is made from couple of lentils, mixed vegetables, Indian spices roasted and ground to some masala paste and steamed with little tamarind juice until done.


Ingredients:
Whole red chilly 12 n curry leaves 2 spri
Pepper corns 8 n turmeric powder ts
Coriander seeds 1tb tomato plants 4 n
Channa daal 2 tb oil 1tb
Tour daal 2 tb mustard seeds ts
Fenugreek seeds ts cumin seeds ts
Grain 1 ts onions chopped 2 n

Coconut chopped 1 tb mixed vegetable
Eco-friendly chilly chopped 3n tamarind juice cup
Jaggery 1 tb
Hing 1 pinch salt

Directions:
Heat oil inside a pan add hing, whole red chilly, pepper corns, coriander seeds, channa daal, tour daal, prepare this till daal is golden in colour, and add fenugreek seeds, grain, prepare this inside a slow flame till raw flavor is finished and add chopped coconut & eco-friendly chilly, curry leaves, turmeric powder, tomato plants, prepare it for several minutes and turn off the flame, when the mixture is awesome lower place it within the blender making a paste.
Heat oil inside a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, saut it and add chopped onions, curry leaves, salt prepare this till onions are golden in colour and add finely chopped vegetables, saut it and add masala paste, water, tamarind juice, jaggery, allow it to boil for twenty to thirty minutes, next add chopped coriander.

Serve this with idly, dosa and vada.
