  • 6 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp .. unsalted butter, reduce bits

To help make the sauce, inside a large saucepan over medium heat, warm the essential olive oil. Add some garlic clove and sauté until translucent, two to three minutes do not let to brown.
