Keema karela recipe by shireen anwer masala

Ingredients:
Minced mutton 200 gm
Basmati grain 1-1/2 cups
Oil 2 tablespoons of
Garam masala whole 1 teaspoon (cloves, cinnamon, eco-friendly cardamom)
Peppercorns 8-10
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Garlic clove (chopped) 2 teaspoon
Onions (chopped) 1/2 cup
Eco-friendly chillies (chopped) 2 teaspoon
Ginger root paste 1 tablespoons of
Garlic clove paste 1 tablespoons of
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Tomato plants (chopped) 1 cup
Mint leaves (chopped) 15-20
Coriander leaves (chopped) 2 tablespoons of
Salt to taste
Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon

Method:
Pick and clean basmati grain. Soak for half an hour. Drain and then leave aside. Heat oil inside a pan, add whole garam masala, pepper corns, cumin seeds, chopped garlic clove, chopped onions and chopped eco-friendly chillies. Saut well.

Add mutton mince and prepare on high temperature for any couple of minutes. Add garlic clove paste, ginger root paste, red chilli powder, chopped tomato plants, 3-1/2 glasses of warm water, salt and drenched basmati grain. Mix gently. Add garam masala powder. Allow grain to prepare on the high temperature. Cover the pan and additional prepare on low heat for 10-12 minutes. Add chopped mint leaves and chopped coriander leaves. Serve qeema pilao hot with mix vegetable raita.
