Ingredients

  • → Mutton keema 1/2 Pound.
  • → Onion 1/2 Small.
  • → eco-friendly Chillis 1 Figures.

  • → turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoons.
  • → Chilli powder 1 Tablespoons.
  • → Ginger root Garlic clove Paste 1 Teaspoons.
  • → oil 3 tablespoons of To Fry.
  • → Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoons.
  • → cashewnuts 8 Figures.

Directions

First Marinate 1. clean keema and it aside. 2. Add salt. chilli powder. turmeric powder and ginger root garlic clove paste to keema. 3. Add chopped onions and geen chillies as well as add little oil to keema. 4. Mix well and it aside. only for five to ten minutes is okay. Second cooking We have to prepare keema for your Have a Vessel ( no pressure oven) Add some mixed keema directly add little water to prepare. prepare just for fifteen minutes. and find out keema is cooked. Thrid Frying 1. Add enough quantity of oil. (ill choose to add a bit more oil for frying). 2. just add some cooked keema within the oil and merely fry it up until the moisture is finished. 3. now you have to add garam masala in the finish. (if you do not add garam masala then keema isn't good) adding fried cashewnuts only when u wish. you are able to serve with Grain.chapati
