I actually do exactly the same factor however i make use of the chocolate chocolate melts based in the chocolate making/craft portion of most stores. Oh man, I personally don't like is the someone to say something negative. overall I actually do give these 5 stars for flavour, ease, and looks, however am disappointed since i made 3 batches to freeze and provide away as gifts, however i did not find these treats have portability, and so i can't rely on them. Mainly, the caramel kisses and white-colored chocolate kisses melted okay, however they never hardened again, meaning after i attempted to package them up they switched right into a gooey (scrumptious) mess. The almond kisses never melted enough to "squish" for whatever reason, and so i could not put candies on the top. These sampled great and would work best with if you wish to make sure they are and serve them within the same evening, but also for packaging as gifts they didn't work with me. Still an excellent-fun kids recipe though :-) I'll make sure they are again with my women.
This can be a quite simple snack that's a great hit using the youthful and old. It saves well within an airtight container and could be enjoyed for any couple of days after your party or event. Used to do these questions 350 degree oven but needed to watch them continuously however they were fast and fun! ChefDLH
