For chaana:
- Milk-2 liter(dairy is much better)
- Vinegar/Fresh lemon juice-1/4 cup
- Water-1/4 cup
- Semolina(shuji)-1 ts
- Flour- 2 ts
- Sugar-2 ts
- Sugar- 4 cup
- Water- 4 cup
- Make chaana by using this link.Making Curd/Chaana(াা)
- After hanging chaana for around 1 and 30 minutes remove it inside a mixing bowl and knead rid of it(knead around fifteen minutes) until chaana become soft(rather of kneading place chaana within the chopper or mixer for approximately 40 seconds).
- Now add semolina, flour, sugar and knead it again with hands around ten minutes or until it become soft.If chaana appears too soft add a bit more semolina and flour. (At the moment don't use chopper otherwise water can come from sugar)
- Then separate the chaana for your desire( this size ought to be 1 / 2 of one last chomchom, because it will likely be almost double in dimensions within the syrup ) size ball. Take one ball, press it after which round it towards the chomchom shape. Make remaining ball.
- Pour water and sugar inside a large pan as well as heat it towards the medium flame. When syrup begin to boil, invest the chomchom and canopy the pan.
- Boil chomchom around 5 hrs or until golden brown color proven up. Check chomchom from time to time, if water evaporated add warm water.( tip: make caramel from around 1 cup sugar, boil it with 1/2 cup water after which pour it in to the syrup. This gives color to chomchom in around 2-3 hrs. However process is the greatest. )
- When chomchom is completed, awesome it lower, decorate with Maowa and serve.

Hi,
Thank you for telling us regarding your problem. This isn't prone to happen. Several reasons may achieve this. Like sometimes pressure of boiling syrup may helps make the ball apart. Turn heat to medium low after boiling the syrup after which drop the chaana ball in to the syrup.
One more reason might be the ball aren't tight enough. Attempt to press the ball tightly during makeing it.
Sometimes remaining water in chaana can achieve this. Attempt to squeeze water from chaana whenever possible.
