Kitchen sink cookies fresh market recipe
Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
  • two tablespoons unsalted butter, at 70 degrees
  • two tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla flavoring
  • 1 large egg white-colored
  • 2/3 cup wheat grains pastry flour
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried cherries
  • 1/4 cup gently toasted walnuts
  • 2 ounces chocolates, reduce chunks
  • Nonstick cooking spray
Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 levels F.

Combine the brown sugar, butter and oil within the bowl of the stand mixer and blend on high-speed, stopping from time to time to scrape lower the bowl, before the mixture is light and fluffy, a couple of minutes. Add some applesauce, vanilla and egg white-colored and blend to mix. Add some flour, oatmeal, cinnamon and salt and blend just until just combined. Add some apricots, cherries, walnuts and chocolate and blend to mix.

Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Using 1 tablespoon of cookie dough at any given time, roll into balls and put 2 " apart around the baking sheet. Press the balls lower using the palm of the hands to flatten slightly, because the cookies won't spread around cookies with increased butter. Bake until gently browned but nonetheless soft, 12 to 14 minutes. Remove in the oven and awesome on racks.
