
There is no better method to start your day reflux-free compared to these blueberry pancakes. Blueberry and oat flour have reflux-fighting power, and provides you with an excellent base to maintain your reflux away all day long lengthy.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 3 bananas, blended or food processed
- 2 tablespoons of non-fat sour cream
- milk (if preferred)
- 1 tablespoons of butter (to cook)
- walnut syrup
Directions
Mix light brown sugar, oat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg together inside a bowl. Whisk within the sour cream or buttermilk, the eggs, and also the bananas. When the mixture is simply too thick, add milk a couple of tablespoons at any given time.
Preheat a non-stick pan over low to medium heat. Wipe a paper towel that's been applied with butter at the base from the pan. (Remove excess butter with similar paper towel and employ again before cooking the following pancake.) Utilizing a ladle, pour some batter in to the pan. Switch pancake once the bottom is golden brown, and prepare until no more wet inside.
Keep warm until all of the pancakes are prepared. Serve with walnut syrup, and could be capped with diced apples.
