Ingredients

  • → Fish fillets 1000 Grams.
  • → Yogurt two tablespoons.
  • → Cream two tablespoons.
  • → Garlic clove paste 4 Teaspoons.
  • → Carom (ajwain) seeds 2 Teaspoons.
  • → White-colored pepper powder 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Cumin (jeera) powder 2 Teaspoons.
  • → Garam masala 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Salt To Taste.
  • → Lemon (nimbu) juice two tablespoons.
  • → Mint (pudina) chutney 3/4 Cup.
  • → Gram flour (besan) / Grain flour 4 Teaspoons.
  • → Butter / Vegetable oil To Fry.

Directions

1. Mix the yogurt with cream, garlic clove paste, carom seeds, white-colored pepper, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, fresh lemon juice, mint chutney, and gram / grain flour.

2. Add fish cubes towards the marinade, coat evenly and aside for two to three hrs.

3. Skewer fish 2 cm apart and roast inside a preheated grill / tandoor / oven (180degC (350degF)) for 7 minutes. Baste with butter / oil once, before roasting is finished.

4. Garnish with onion rings and serve hot.
