    For Salan:
    Yogurt cup
    Chopped Onions 3
    Clarified Butter/ Oil 1 cup
    Small Cardamom 4
    All Spice Powder 1 teaspoon
    Red Chili 1 tablespoons of
    Ginger root Garlic clove Paste 1 tablespoons of
    Coriander Powder 2 tablespoons of
    Salt to taste

Bakra Eid Nargisi Kofta RecipeMethod:

• Boil mince and another half unboiled.
• Chop onion and fry till golden brown. Remove it and allow it to dry.
