Ingredients

  • → Goda masala 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Garam masala powder 1 Pinch.
  • → Turmeric powder 1 Pinch.
  • → Amchur powder 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Jeera powder 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Coriander powder 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Roasted peanut powder 1 Tablespoons.
  • → Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoons.
  • → Oil 1 Tablespoons.
  • → Cashew nuts, halved 1/4 Cup.
  • → Okra, smaller 250 Grams.
  • → Salt to taste To Taste.
  • → Sugar 1/2 Teaspoons.
  • → Freshly grated coconut 1 Tablespoons.
  • → Coriander leaves, chopped 1 Springs.
  • → Oil for deep frying To Fry.

Directions

  1. Just slit somewhere from the small okras and aside. Heat oil inside a kadai to deep fry the okras, once the oil is sufficient, deep fry the okra pieces until crisp. Remove, drain the oil and shift right into a bowl and aside.
  2. Try taking some cashew nuts and deep fry until slightly golden in colour. Remove and add this towards the okra.
