  • Cardamom - 5-6 (Peeled and grinded)

Steps to make Dry fruits Kheer

Take any utensil with heavy bottom and add milk. Ensure that it stays on flame for boiling.

Following the milk has steamed, invest the dry fruits within the milk and stir using the stirring spoon and blend. Prepare the kheer on low flame for 30 minutes, and stirring after every two to three minutes. You will find that the kheer is becoming thick. You can look at it allowing the kheer fall in the stirring spoon. Dry fruits and milk should fall together.

Now add sugar towards the kheer and allow it to prepare for an additional three or four minutes. The kheer is prepared now. Switch off the burner.

Mix grinded cardamom within the kheer having a stirring spoon.

Remove the dry fruits ki kheer (dry fruits Pudding) inside a bowl and eat, either cold or hot.
