Ingredients :
  • 1 large chicken
  • 1 liter of waterSemne or butter
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 cup of grain, rinsed
Spice Grain Mixture :
  • 1 1/4 cup of grain, rinsed
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/4 cup of blanched almonds
  • 1/4 cup of pine nuts

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon of Arabian spices
Preparation :
