I intend on making an additional batch of the sauce and storing it within my fridge - it's So good! Simple to prepare, a great casserole everybody will love. Love this sauce recipe. It is commonplace within my fridge. A great casserole. I loved the biscuits were sliced in two. You receive a little bit of biscuit in each and every bite!

Ingredients

CASSEROLE:

1 lb hamburger - 80/20

pepper and salt to taste

1 can(s) refrigerated large biscuits - 5 count

2 c mild cheddar cheese, grated

HOMEMADE SPECIAL SAUCE:

3/4 c mayonnaise

2 Tablespoons of onion, minced

4 Tablespoons of bread and butter pickles, minced

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

GARNISH:

1 c shredded lettuce

dill pickle and onion slices to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Inside a medium bowl combine ingredients for special sauce. Put aside.

Inside a medium skillet on medium heat brown hamburger. Drain grease and add to skillet. Pepper and salt to taste.

Pour drained beef into an 8X8 baking dish.

Slice refrigerated biscuits allowing you to have 10 equal round halves.

Sprinkle cheese over hamburger.

Top with 9 biscuit halves. (The tenth half could be cooks treat)

Preheat oven to 350 levels. Place casserole in oven and bake until biscuits are carried out half an hour.

While casserole is baking, prep lettuce, pickles, and onion.

For everyone place shredded lettuce, top with pickle and onion slices. Spoon special sauce over veggies. Spoon some of casserole on the top. Enjoy!
