Chipotle mayo recipe red robin
Ingredients
  • Chipotle Mayonnaise:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 chipotles in adobo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon adobo sauce
  • 1/2 lime, juice
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Sliders:
  • 1-to-1 1/2 pounds ground chuck, 80/20
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Cheese slices, your decision
  • Small hamburger buns
  • Hamburger Bar (if preferred):
  • Chipotle Mayonnaise
  • Pickles
  • Red onion slices

Directions
Chipotle Mayonnaise:

Add all of the ingredients to some mixer and puree. Season, to taste, with pepper and salt.

Sliders:

Preheat grill over medium-high temperature.

Make up the meat into two to three-ounce portions, packed tightly. Season with pepper and salt.

Put the sliders around the grill. Hold back until they're nice crusty around the first side, about four to five minutes after which switch and prepare another 4 minutes. Once the sliders have to do with done, top with preferred cheese and shut the grill, allowing the cheese to melt .

Put the slider on small hamburger buns and top with chipotle mayonnaise and then any other preferred toppings.
