500 grams Mutton (pieces with bones)
250 grams Tomato plants (finely chopped)
2 teaspoon. Red Chili Powder
1 teaspoon. Salt (or as needed)
2 teaspoon. Garlic clove/Ginger root paste
1 large Onion (finely chopped)

1 teaspoon. Coriander Powder
1/2 teaspoon. Turmeric Powder
1/2 teaspoon. Pepper Powder
2 tablespoons of. Yogurt
1 teaspoon. Garam masala Powder
5-6 Big Eco-friendly Chilies
Fresh Coriander Leaves, couple of chopped.
1/2 cup Soya Supreme Oil
Ginger root Julienne couple of


Heat Oil inside a karahi and add mutton, tomato plants, red chili powder, ginger root/garlic clove paste and onion, stir well and prepare over medium flame up until the meat is very tender. Add salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder and Garammasala powder, and stir well and prepare for a while up until the oil separates. Adding the yogurt and eco-friendly chilies and allow it to prepare for any couple of minutes on the medium fire. When it is ready, remove from karahi right into a serving dish and sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves and a few ginger root julienne. Serve hot with parathas and salads, and if you would like sprinkle little fresh lemon juice and eat.
