Easy aate ka halwa recipe

Atta halwa recipe is among the easiest sweet that may be made quickly. It was relayed through my pal Sangeeta as Atta kesari. I possibly could relate the feel to kesari, so might be it’s named so. I really like the south Indian wheat halwa, I lately attempted and will also be posting soon too. This north Indian atta halwa is on contrast into it, this takes very a shorter period to organize where that's time intensive. Both of them are completely different in texture, taste and flavour. However I loved both. I loved the tranquility of within this method which is rapidly done, that we loved probably the most. So that you can prepare this for the visitors visiting for Golu.

Notes

    • If ghee is less, increase the. Don't reduce ghee as when you add water, it might form protuberances.
    • Reduce sugar according to your need. I'm sweet toothed. Salt is optional, however it improves the sweetness.
    • I didn’t add cardamom or nuts as Vj isn't a fan from it.
    • I made only oneOr2 the amount as pointed out above only for 2 people. So ideal for making quickly if you have sudden sweet cravings.
